When she came back to England, she made her way back to Zookeeping, and took on the role of a Carnivore Keeper at Shepreth Wildlife Park, where she remained for nearly 5 years.
During this time, she founded the Keeper Educational - https://www.keeperexchange.org/getting-started Exchange Programme (or KEEP), a not-for-profit organisation that allows Zookeepers - https://www.keeperexchange.org/other-opportunities from across the UK and beyond to gain knowledge from each other through visiting other collections. In 2023, searching for a creative outlet, Alice launched the animal-comedy podcast: "Asshole Animals with Alice", that examines animal behaviour in a humorous fashion, with the help of experts across the world.
