Do I need to pay to list an item?
No. Standard listings are free. Premium membership and featured placement are optional upgrades.
Do buyers need a paid membership?
No. A paid membership is not required to browse wedding finds.
Does Premium guarantee that my items will sell?
No. Your price, photos, condition, location, and buyer demand affect interest. Featured placement is an advertising benefit, not a sales guarantee.
What happens when my membership ends?
Your Premium featured placement ends. Eligible active listings can continue as standard listings until their normal expiration dates. Review the membership terms at checkout.
How do I choose my three featured listings?
After purchasing Premium, follow the activation instructions provided with your membership. You can have up to three eligible listings featured at one time.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Check the billing terms shown at checkout before purchasing. They explain whether your payment is recurring or your membership needs to be renewed manually.
Is membership a payment or buyer protection service?
No. Membership covers listing benefits. Buyers and sellers must agree on payment, delivery, and return terms for their item transaction.
